Vegetable Pulao

Recipe –

  1. Add 2 tablespoon oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add whole spices like star anise, bay leaf and cumin seeds.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon asafoetida and 1 tablespoon red chilli powder.
  4. Add assorted veggies and 2 cups of soaked rice.
  5. Add salt to taste. Mix well and cook upto 2 whistles.


Chilli Cheese Pav

Recipe –


6 ladi pavs

To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing
1/2 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum (red , yellow , green)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 1/2 tbsp schezuan sauce
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
1 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt to taste

To Be Mixed Into A Spread
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions greens


Place 6 ladi pavs on a clean, dry surface and using a sharp knife make horizontal and vertical slits.

Put the stuffing into each slit.

Place it on a aluminium foil, brush the prepared spread evenly over it.

Cover the stuffed ladi pav with the foil till it is sealed very well.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200ºc (400ºf) for 15 minutes.

Open the aluminium foil and serve immediately.


Rajma Masala

Dish Name – Rajma Rice
Rajma rice is one of the most loved dishes in North Indian households.
• Soak rajma overnight and boil until mushy
• Saute green chillies and tomatoes in ghee
• Season with spices like garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and dry mango powder.
• Add boiled rajma and salt
• Serve hot with rice
